Welcome to The Ctrl Z. This website and its related services (collectively, the "Store" or "Service") are owned and operated by Mr. Subham Bera.

By accessing or using our website, or purchasing products from The Ctrl Z, you ("user," "customer," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). 2. Pricing and Payment

  • Currency: All prices displayed on our storefront are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to alter product prices, modify product configurations, or discontinue designs at any time without prior notice.

  • Payment: We use secure third-party payment gateways to process online transactions. By completing a purchase, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable amount to your selected payment method. Available payment methods may include UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and other methods displayed at checkout. We do not store your raw banking or card credentials.

  • COD Terms: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you agree to pay the full invoice amount to the courier partner upon delivery using the payment method supported for your shipment. Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

3. Product Descriptions and Accuracy

  • Visual Representation: We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, textures, prints, and other details as accurately as possible. However, because screen settings and device displays vary, we cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your device will be identical to the physical product.

  • Sizing: Our garments may follow an oversized, boxy, or other specific streetwear silhouette depending on the product. It is your responsibility to review the applicable Sizing Chart before placing an order.

  • Errors and Omissions: Occasionally, information on our Store may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or stock availability. We reserve the right to correct errors and change or update information at any time without prior notice.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

  • Verification: An order confirmation email or message confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for valid reasons.

  • Cancellation Triggers: Reasons for order cancellation may include, but are not limited to, limited stock availability, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or concerns identified through our order verification and fraud-prevention processes.

  • Refunds on Cancellation: If an order is canceled after payment has been successfully processed, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-provider and banking timelines.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Logistics: We partner with domestic third-party courier services to ship orders across India.

  • Timelines: Estimated delivery timelines are provided as general estimates and are not absolute guarantees. Delivery may be affected by courier constraints, extreme weather, statutory holidays, regional restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  • Transfer of Risk: Title and risk of loss for physical items pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier service.

  • Liability Ceiling: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Ctrl Z, its directors, officers, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind—including lost profits, lost revenue, or data loss—arising from your use of the Service or any products purchased through the platform.

Our total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the actual purchase amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the dispute, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms of Service and any separate agreements under which we provide our Services shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of India.

  • Any legal disputes, claims, or matters arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your transactions on our platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Haldia, India.
