System Protocol: Shipping & Delivery

At CTRL Z, we engineer our shipping pipeline to be as fast, optimized, and reliable as a clean piece of code. Once you deploy an order on our storefront, our fulfillment terminal immediately goes to work to get your premium 240 GSM apparel into your hands.

1. Order Processing Time (The Compile Phase)

  • All orders enter our system pipeline immediately upon successful checkout.

  • Standard order processing takes 24–48 hours / 1–2 business days to pick, quality-check, clean-pack, and manifest your order.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the following operational business day. You will receive an automated system notification the moment your package leaves our fulfillment hub.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

We partner with India's leading premium courier services to ensure your package arrives securely.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via our domestic surface network.

  • Express Shipping (Optional): Priority air routing for faster delivery.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been processed and handed over to our logistics partners, estimated transit times are as follows:

  • Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Kolkata, etc.): 3–5 business days]

  • Rest of India (Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities): e.g., 4–7 business days

  • Remote Regions / North-East India:  6–9 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier networks. While we maintain a highly optimized pipeline, exact delivery dates cannot be 100% guaranteed due to regional variables.

4. Tracking Information (Real-Time Telemetry)

You don’t have to guess where your gear is. The second your package is scanned by our courier partner, our terminal will auto-generate a tracking link.

  • You will receive this link via Email and/or SMS (based on the contact details you provided at checkout).

  • Please allow up to 24 hours from receiving the tracking link for the logistics network to update its active live telemetry data.

5. International Shipping

    • Option A: Currently, CTRL Z operations are optimized strictly for domestic delivery within the Republic of India. We do not support international shipping windows at this moment.

6. Delivery Issues, Latency, and Delays

If your shipment encounters an unexpected bottleneck, here is how we troubleshoot:

  • Incorrect Address Input: We route packages exactly based on the address parameter you fill into the system checkout. CTRL Z is not liable for packages misdelivered or returned to our hub due to incomplete or incorrect address inputs. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, a re-shipping fee may apply to re-route it.

  • Logistical Delays: In rare instances, shipments may encounter real-world latency due to extreme weather, festive season surges, or local authority restrictions. If your tracking page freezes or shows no updates for more than 4 consecutive business days, contact our support desk immediately.
